About FieldProof

FieldProof is the revenue-recovery system built for specialty contractors. It gives foremen a fast way to capture extra work and gives the office the documentation needed to submit, track, and recover legitimate change-order revenue.

The platform is shaped by real superintendent and field-coordination experience—from T&M tickets and manpower records to Procore photos, GC acknowledgment, and change-order backup. The goal is not more project-management software. It is a stronger paper trail at the moment extra work begins.

Our long-term mission is to help every specialty contractor document out-of-scope requests before performing the work, so completed work does not become lost revenue.
